We undertook the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment for a proposed high quality holioday lodge park on land owned by Petersfield Golf Course, lying within the South Downs National Park.

The project involved the assessment of the impacts of the proposals on 111 viewpoints within a 5km radius of the site.  We prepared photomontages summarising the impacts for each of the viewpoints.

We have extensive experience of carrying out LVIAs in accordance with the latest best practice guidance prepared by the Landscape Institute and IEMA. We have expertise in a broad range of locations, including within designated landscapes such as National Parks and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We have carried out LIVA for proposals that range from single residential houses to new settlements and for a range of other proposals including roads, retail park, distribution and recreational developments across England and in the Scottish Borders.
